Shipping policy

thank you for shopping with dreamy Creations LLC . because our products are custom-made and personalized, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. due to the custom and handmade nature of our items - including bearable pens, tumblers, keychains, bookmarks, t-shirts, badge reels, notepads, and stickers - all sales are final. 

We do not except returns, exchanges, or refunds for: 

Incorrect information provided by the customer (misspellings, wrong colors, etc )

Change mind after purchase 

Normal variations in handmade items

If your item arrives damaged or defective were here to help

To be eligible for a replacement or refund: 

You must contact us within 3-5 days of the delivery

Provide clear photos of: the damaged item. The packaging email me at brandihanna@gmail.com 

Once approved , I will a replacement item or a refund (at my discretion)

If there is a mistake on your order caused by me I will correct it at no additional cost .

However, I am not responsible for: Errors submitted by the customer

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. 

Orders may be cancelled within 12-24 hours of purchase. After the window , your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled .

Once your order has shipped , we are not responsible for: Lost or stolen packages .Shipping delays caused by carriers 

If your package is lost please contact the shipping carrier directly.
